Option 3, Army Training (which includes choice of MOS or ASI or SQI or language) is only available for Initial Term Soldiers or Soldiers in an overstrength MOS.

You do not meet either of these requirements.

Is the 2 year window open? At least I can get the 40,000 bonus if I re-up for 6 years?

While you are deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan or Kuwait in support of OIF/OEF there is no "Reenlistment Window", unless you want options other than Options 1 or 2.

I believe your maximum bonus is $30,000. $40,000 is reserved for "T" SQI (Delta Force).

Your multiplier is still a 4.

The window in the states is 24-months prior to ETS.
