My husband is a 92F and has 8 1/2 years in the Army as of last month. Right now he's E4P and will likely be promoted in a few months.

His unit is deploying in a few months so we know he can't reenlist until after he gets overseas due to being FENCED/SLSM.

We're trying to figure out how we can get Germany as our next duty station after the deployment.

We'll have been at our current duty station for more than 24 months by the time he re-ups and his ETS is about 60-90 days after the end of the deployment (he had to extend to be able to do the full deployment with his unit).

We understand there is no "for sure" with the military but if there is something we can do to better our chances of getting Germany, we'd greatly appreciate the advice.
