Good information, gillhicks! shamekia, when Soldiers are deployed, they can reenlist regardless of their ETS. However, you will only be offered Option 1, Regular Army or Option 2, Current Station Stabilization, as an exception. Of course, if you qualify for a bonus you can get one. Since you mentioned reenlisting to change your MOS, be aware that Option 3, Army Training Reenlistment Option is only offered to initial term Soldiers. Once you reenlist, you are no longer an initial term Soldier. Mid-career Soldiers may get Option 3 as an exception, but your current MOS can not be understrength.
