I'm looking to apply to be an attache NCO, however I'm between duty stations right now. Here's some background info. I don't get out until SEP 2010 so I have the TIS. I don't arrive at my next duty station until mid-December. Will I have to wait until I have 1 year on station before I can apply to be an Attache NCO? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
