As long as you were not flagged prior to getting pregnant you are will still be able to reenlist. You will have to give your Career Counselor your most recent PT card within the last nine months and I have my Soldiers give me a copy of the pregnancy profile to be sent with the packet. Good luck

Seriously though, pregnant (which the name may be obsolete in about 9 months), you can reenlist while pregnant; just like ArmyReup stated ... just ensure you've passed the APFT within 9 months of your pregnancy.
