Im an E-5 with 13yrs and am going to the board next month. Im also in my reenlistment window and am looking at reclassing. Ive been told that I can only reclass to something that requires a packet (CID,WO,CI). Ive looked at the BEAR program and there are some jobs in there that Im interested in but have been told that it depends on my current MOS In/Out call. I thought you could go from a critical to a critical which is what the BEAR program is. The MOSs Im looking at require SGT or SSG to go to that MOS.Thanks.

My MOS is 31B. I know as of right now for SGT the In/Out call is Y/N but for SSG its N/N.
