i am looking into reenlisting and am trying to resurch my options. i am hoping that someone out there may be able to give me some guidance with strong backing as to how i should go about getting the answers.

1. i wish to do the G2G ROTC scollarship program, however i am active duty and wish to go into the reserves for school, get commissioned and either stay reserves or go active... is this possible?

2. how many years minimum does a SM have to reenlist to get a choice duty assignment such as say europe for example?

I can answer your green to gold question. As far as the process, you would have to apply for the scholarship option. If you go to www.goarmy.com it has all the pre-reqs that you need to have. Also the board for the scholarship option only meets once a year as well. And those packets are due to Cadet Command NLT 1 APR of each year. I hope that this helps you out.
