If you are Inital Term and choose Option 3....How does the Army decide what MOSs they offer?

Is it similiar to the shortages listed in the incalls, outcalls? My window is still 6 months out, but I like to look at things as far in advance as possible. If I were to do it today, what MOSs would the Army be offering.

You are partially correct in the IN/OUT calls and strenghts. They also take into account your current ASVAB scores. If you have lower line scores, you will not be offered MOS's that require high line scores. Even if the Army offers you certain MOS's, the Career Counsleor must make sure that you meet the min quails for the job.
