I heard yesterday that BSFV soldiers are being assigned as or reclassified to 11Bs. Anyone heard about that or is it just another rumor?

I know that ADA numbers in the active force are being significantly reduced. However, I thought that was going to be done over time through natural attrition - ETS, retirement, and the encouragement of voluntary MOS reclass - rather than through involuntary means.
