When I was in Afghanistan I was Promoted to SSG. My 1SG told me because I was in OEF I didnt have to go to BNCOC Phase 1. I transfered Units and they are telling me this is wrong info. Im now looking for any thing that states this so I can get Phase 2 done. I have no problems going to phase 1 if need be. I just would like to be home as much as possible after being gone 1.5 years with out a break.

BNCOC: With the help of the NG and RC we have stood up a program to conduct VTT common core training for your SGTs/SSGs. It's the future and gives Soldiers an opportunity to stay close to home and get much needed professional development. Your support has been exceptional. Many of your Soldiers are absent from class far less due to unit demands. The updated course provides training/education to students much earlier since we migrated tasks from ANCOC.
