BNCOC equivalent?

When I attended BNCOC Phase I, the school informed me that completing ROTC waived attending WLC. I asked about completion of OBC as an equivalent for BNCOC but they did not have an answer.
Does anyone know if BNCOC can be waived due to completion of OBC?

I doubt it-

BNCOC (as they USED to call it Wink ) is MOS-specific. OBC is branch- but not MOS-specific.
To be promoted as an NCO in your MOS you need training in that MOS..

I agree with Autobahn, there is almost no way that any officer course could be a replacement for ALC (BNCOC). It is a very MOS-specific course.
