For the Preperation-H, wrap it TIGHT and leave it on while you sleep. Do not, I repeat, do NOT let any MEPS employees catch you doing this. You will be sent home immediately and possibly not be allowed to go back.

Drink some type of liquid laxsative or take a pill laxsative 24 hours before hand, that way you don't shit all the time at MEPS or in your sleep.
