DATE OF RANK = Date of Contract - Topic In the Army Study Guide Forums

I am trying to find the regulation that covers this. I am prior service and I transferred from the ARNG to Active Army and lost my date of rank. ANother soldier did the same and kept his date of rank. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
