I've had two surgeries, both of which do not affect me qualifying to enter the Army. I had my tonsils out and I had my appendix out. Problem is, I am unable to secure the records for either because they were performed at a facility that is no longer in operation.
Will I be able to pass MEPS without the records?
Will this cause any problems?
Thanks!

You wont need records for either of those 2 surgeries.
