I agree w/ AR. Drink WATER. You will hear those words more than you care to pretty soon, depending on where you BCT is anyway! Drinking up to a gallon of water a day can drop excess water weight quickly because you are hydrating your body and it does not need to retain it for later. As well, EVERY calorie that you ingest is adding to your weight. RUN EVERYDAY! The longer you run the less you eat more often and the more water you drink is the proper equation. I am sure you realize you shouldn't have waited this long to do something about it.
