Can anybody give me any information on these guys? I mean can, and do they, go Airborne? What is their civi counterpart....warehouse worker? Just curious about this MOS all together.

One advantage to this MOS is that virtually every unit in the army has one. They can go airborne, and many other places. From my observations, 92Y are not warehouse workers. Those are the 92As. 92Y is unit supply. They run the supply room or the S-4 shop. It's a huge responsibility because they are responsible to track the property book and ordering for the entire unit, and are usually signed for lots of stuff.

Being a effective 92y, you only as good and the commander you work for. I have watched and observed my commander and he is quite good and blaming others instead of involving the XO in is briefing him on supply stuff.
