old unit crests and patches

I was cleaning up my supply room and came across some old ACU patches and unit crests. Was wondering if there was a proper way to dispose of them. I don't want to just throw them away but if it's that easy then I will do it. Thanks for any advice or information.

I don't know what the current regs are for disposal of material. I suggest your unit donates them to one of the local veterans organisations.

Just out of curiosity, what unit crests are they? I'm in the market for MACV, USARV and ASA ACU.

I know we cut up and burned uniforms to dispose of them overseas. I imagine you can just toss patches in the trash/craigslist em? lol

@26delta They are some old TRADOC patches that the unit used to where before they got changed to a new patch

@insertarmysaying yeah that might be possible that disposal could be the same as uniforms didn't think of that...craigs list doesnt sound bad either lol jk
