I am currently a 15J20. I am the one who's branch denied my release to CID because they were critically short. And if the information you gave me is correct which I am sure it is, then they are holding me for no reason. There is no justifiable cause for not releasing me when you can promote 5 E4's to E5, 3 E5's to E6, in June. Then, turn around in July and promote 23 E4's to E5, and tell me that I am detrimental to the MOS strength, and being that I am an E5, I can work a grade down, and deny my release. Does that make since to you?

Alot of things don't make sense to me, but they may be seeing the "future" projections that I cannot see. This would be the only reason I can see for the denial.
Just wondering...I know to be referred to an MMRB you have to have a 3 in your PULHES, but does that remain a 3 even if the board finds it fit for you to reclass? Cause looking at all the MOS's in the smartbook...pretty much all of them require no higher than a 2 in the PULHES. Will the board downgrade the PUHLES from a P3 to P2 if they recommnend you for reclass?
