25N is a great MOS. 25N's are JNN operators. Basically, the JNN is a truck with shelter on the back, which houses a bunch of voice/data equipment.
In the rear, depending on your unit, you can expect some training on the JNN, which is always good..and can (and probably will) include the KU sat trailers as well. Deployed, once you set up the JNN, most of your time is just monitoring the network, and doing routine maintenance.
If you have an interest in networking, routing/switching, VOIP technology...I'd recommend 25N. I am a 25B, who worked in a 25N slot, since that's what my civilian job was. It was fantastic experience.
I'm not sure how E6 points are for 25N at the moment, I know E5's are maxed, since it's a relatively new MOS- they converted a lot of the 25F's to 25N's.
No personal experience with 31B, unfortunately.
