I am a SGT(p) with 6 years in service, in my second contract. I have a couple questions...
1) In/Out calls if you are a Y/N does that mean you can only reclass to an MOS that is a star MOS?

2) I had to extend 8 months to meet time requirements to go back overseas, so am i eligible to re-up the day i signed my 2nd contract or 2years out of my ETS?

3)If i have to wait until im 2 years out, being that ill have 6 1/2 years in will i be eligible for the option 3 to retrain?

I am a 35S. It is hard to get out of our MOS. The only people I know that have been able to leave, left when they were recruiting all of those 35L & 35M. Being that you are not an initial term Soldier you won't be offered option 3. You are eligible to reup 2 years from your ETS.

Since 35S is understrength throughout the MOS, the chances of you changing MOSs to 35F is slim, but HRC is the approval/disapproval authority.

As for your reenlistment, like Lifer stated, you can reenlist as soon as you are within 24-months of your ETS.
