My husband is currently a 63B, but he would like to reenlist/reclass to 56M, 25U, or, 25F. How do you go about reclassing?

Tell him to do it himself by going to his retention NCO.

What is his ETS?

His ETS is April 09

Is he an initial term Soldier (never reenlisted or had reserve/national guard time) or is he a mid-career Soldier?

I think he's mid-career. He was in for three years, got out for a year, and he's back in again. So, this is his first time reenlisting since he joined up again. He is still looking at what mos he might change to, but he seems to be leaning towards 25U. Long term he wants to take college classes to become a Chaplin.
