I've seen other postings similiar to mine, but not seeing what I need. I hope to interview soon for an AGR position, and was curious if there is a reference/resource I can use for guidance? I see the reg that covers the board for preparing and conducting the interview. I have intereview twice before and felt I did well, but obviously not enough to the position. For one of the positions, it was evident that the hiring decision was based alot on the past performance the selected candidate had shown during AT, or ADSW. No problem with that from me as I see that AT and ADSW time and a long first hand interview.
