There are no MOSs that contain a "3" under the "S". Are you going through an MMRB or similar?

Yes I am going through an MMRB on the 24th of Apr and am not getting much help from my chain. They are to busy with production, thats how the world of recruiting is. I have 11 years in come May and dont want to give it up and do not really know what to expect.

To be honest with a 3 under pyscology I don't think it's looking to good. Maybe go to whoever gave you the 3 and have it changed to an 2 then you can continue but I checked and none of those MOS take a 3 under that one.

When going through an MMRB, many occasions, (I'll try to find the regulatory guidance on this) PULHES are waived. Again, I'll have to research this.

For Mandatory reclassification, PULHES is not the main factor, but the physical limitations is what drives the train primarily; however, I would say that with a 3 under "S", this is a whole different batch of apples. I suggest that the servicing Career Counselor personally contact the Reclassification Management Team at HRC and discuss this issue.
