WHEN ARE THE NEW IN/OUT CALLS COMING OUT? THE CURRENT MESSAGE SAYS IT WAS EXPIRE NLT JULY 1?

Milper message 07-164 is the most current IN/OUT call out there. It is due to expire 31 Oct 07. If that date come around and no new message is published, then we drive on with the current messaged until new one is posted.
