As I understand it after you serve your time on active duy you can join the National Guard. You can sign the Guard/Reserve contract before you release from active duty to secure your spot in a unit to avoid having a break in Service. You will of course have to wait until the end of your current contract as you are bound by that.
If you are sevearl months away from your ETS date take some time (leave if you can) and visit the National Guard unit that you would most like to join or that is near where you want to live. Each unit has its own flavor and you might find that there is one that suits your skill set and needs career wise better than others.

No, reclassification is changing ones MOS.
You would actually transfer or enlist in the National Guard/Reserves and this could not be accomplished until after you've ETSed frmo the Army (but, like 68K3OP9 said, you can "sign a contract" with them prior to your ETS)
