Not trying to be mean or anything, but I kind of hope not. There's a reason that kind of requirement is in place. In a combat MOS, every little detail counts, and you missing one because you didn't recognize it's correct color could be the difference between life and death. MP's aren't even combat arms- we're combat support, and WE aren't even allowed to be color blind.

There may be. Have your Career Counselor (or your can do it) contact the Branch Manager for the MOS you like and ask them, the worst they can say is "no".

I have never seen a waiver granted for a combat or combat support MOS.

It's YOUR career! Take control of it before someone else does.

Yeah comm there is. It has taken me 5 years to get 11B because of it. But what you have to remember is that there are varying degrees of colorblindness. They probably just told you that you were at MEPS. I can see colors just fine I just cant see numbers on those cards, same thing for those old 3d pictures and movies. Go take a physical and explain to the Dr, that you want to go into combat arms, he will do a more in depth test and let you know.
