This is why the internet is oftentimes a dangerous tool. Young, ignorant Soldiers who believe that they can blatantly disrespect with a keyboard. To answer your question, although I do not need to, a Career Counselor, is an NCO. As an NCO I am a leader. I have likely been in the Army longer than you have been alive and have much more leadership traits than you ever will possess. You need to be very careful when posting on this site; it is intended as a useful tool, not as a place to spout off garbage that you know you would not say to someone, especially a Sr. NCO, to his/her face. Hiding behind a keyboard is cowardly. |

If you have such better leadership traits then you possibly should have posted somethin that would have helped this SGT out instead of just makin a random post because you didnt agree with somethin that was said. Also, why are you gonna try to pull rank on a website. Is it really that serious to you!? I think someone has some childish issues of their own that they need to work out!
