I am currently a 21P student, about to graduate in August. The training is long and at time very challenging, especially academically. However, if you are motivated and focused, you should have no problems at all.
Civilian opportunites are very, very good. That is part of the reason the Army can't keep Soldiers in this MOS. Alot either go Warrant or OCS/GTG, or get out and get a job. You make alot of contacts in the industry, and believe me, they know when you are about to ETS, and the civilian companies come knocking. You are looking at $60,000 to over $100,000 anually depending on what additional training/experience you have. This is also a great MOS to stay in and make an Army career if you choose to do so.
If you have any other question or need help putting your packet together, just let me know. Good luck!
