What do you have to do to voluntary reclass to a shortage MOS? Is it just a 4187? Any help will be appreciated!

Normally that is the case. Sometimes it depends on the MOS you're requesting.

Yes, you'll have to see your Career Counselor for reclassification. They will sit you done and see if you meet all the qualifications first.
