I am currently a 68K and I am interested into reclassing to 35G. Does anyone has any advice about the MOS 35G?

I am a mid-career soldier with close to six years. I will qualify once I reenlist because my in/out call is y/n but I know that the only time I can reclass is at reenlistment.
