I just need to know if I can do Option 3 if I am a career soldier who has 6yrs active duty time and reenlisted 2 other time for 2yrs both times for needs of the army. I am a 13B SGT wanting to go 19D

Option 3, Army Training Reenlistment Option is only offered to initial term Soldiers or Soldier in overstrangth MOSs.

As a mid-career Soldier, you (through your Career Counselor) can request an option exception for Option 3 if your MOS is balanced/overstrength and your requesting a MOS which is on the Priority MOS list.
