hi my question is can i with 13 years in and a ssg still reclass? i checked the bears program and i do not see what i would like to reclass to. i would like to get into the communication field. can someone help me and guide me in the right direction. if there is any chance. i am a 11b and hate my field with a passion. also another question for the former recruiter and counselors. can i submit a recruiting package and get accepted as a volunteer when i just got to a new assignment or do i need to wait till my min. term is up of 12 month. thanks for all your help
