I'm a E4 63B... however i'm fillin a 25 slot and haven't worked in the motor pool since june of last year, nor do i have any desire to. I've been wanting to re-class to 11b for the past year now. My mos is understrengthed... anyone know of any way to get around this? i know as an inital term soldier i can reclass as part of my reenlistment... but my window doesn't open up till december and i really need to get outta this unit and mos.

You can submit a voluntary reclassification with your Career Counselor and HRC will approve/disapprove your request based on the Army strengths.

If this doesn't work, you'll be offered 11B when your reenlistment window opens, if you qualify.
