I'm just curious if I can do a voluntary reclass to 35M. I'm currently a 13P SSG and we're showing as being balanced in the latest in/out calls while 35M's are showing as shortage for SSG. I'm not too sure how a reclass works for an MOS outside the BEAR program. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

You have to submit a 4187.

I appreciate the quick response. I'm pretty torn at this point between 35M and 35L. Both jobs seem interesting to me and in all honesty I can picture myself being happy doing either one. I've been waiting for over month to get my 4187 for a 35L reclass signed and still nothing. I'm starting to take that as a sign that I should be looking into something else. Interrogator, got a question for you. What would be some of the pro's and con's of your MOS (I'm assuming you're a 35M). Curious as to whether you do your actual job when stateside or just during deployments. Any other information you could provide would be great.

You can't do your job stateside as a 35M because it's illegal to interrogate US Citizens or run them as sources.
