I just went through a Medical Evaluation Board and was cleared fit for duty and I am trying to reclass but all the jobs I see you cannot have a 3 in your PULHES what jobs are there available for me in an SPC(P) with 4 years in or is there a waiver I can get to reclass?

PULHES has little significance when dealing with medical reclassifications. You'll need to get with your Career Counselor to pick a few MOSs and they will send the request up to HRC.
