Oh I was talking about Army Re-enlistment, the local change-MOS/re-up guru.

Right understand that, I just don't see how they can run into any problem, CID or CI. The documentation is in my favor and not the Branch Manager's. It isn't even up to the Branch Manager. He isn't the approval authority. I'm not trying to come off as disgruntle. I just think that it is wrong for me to try and better my career and also better the Army. CI and CID are short E5's. 15J is not. And correct me if I'm wrong, losing me is not going to drop the 15J MOS strength lower than the 85% strenght that it is at. I already have a congressional typed up with supporting documents. I guess I'll have to see if that will work. The crazy thing is...I have already been granted my TS-SCI and that was granted in a month. Any suggestions?

Talk to james.burkey@conus.army.mil he's the Office of the Chief MI. Maybe he can shed some light. You could also try to talk to ann.kosednar@us.army.mil, she is the branch manager. I'm pretty sure I got those emails right. If not, just look up Office of the Chief MI on Google and go through Enlisted branch on AKO to find the branch manager for 35L (who is also the acting branch manager for 35M for the time being).

Well, I emailed the MI Branch Manager for 35M/35L and was informed that MI has no more pull than CID, so guess I will have to make things nasty. Thanks for all your responses and if you all have any more information just post it.

Thanks,
SGT BOD
