I really could care less about a bonus I just want to get a new MOS.
IF you have 180 days or more of Actice Duty time while in Reserves you typically will be considered a mid career Soldier. You can put in a voluntary reclass packet for an understrength MOS, if you meet the requirements for that MOS. Approval could be contingent upon they have school seats available, and best person to talk to is your trusty Career Counselor.

When is your ETS? If you have 180 days prior active service, you will be a mid-career Soldier and will not be offered Option 3, Army Training Reenlistment Option.
