I'm currently an 11b trying to relcass to MI

My GT score is low and i'm retaking the test in a week. My unit is suppose to leave in Nov and we are going to be Stop loss/ stop movement inAug

Questions

Can my unit stop me from leaving to go to school when my orders come down after Aug?

Do you still need a GT score of 110 to reclass?

Is MI that underpowered? My reenlistment NCO is not very good at his job.
