I was told today by my carrer counselor that I cannot reclass, because of the fact that I just PCS'd to a new duty station. He said I need to be on station for a year or be in my reenlistment window before I can. I thought 25F could reclass at anytime. Am I still subject to the mandatory reclass since I can't reclass on my own?

You still have to meet certain criteria to be able to reclass ... time on station is one.

Your Career Counselor is right.

As for being in your reenlistment window, if your MOS is overstrength, you can reenlist for Option 3, Army Training Reenlistment Option outside of your 24-month reenlistment window.
