Sorry to hear about the injury. The first step is to before a med board to see if they are going to retain you or not. If the board decides to retain, they you have got to see the CC for your MOS choices. My advice is to look in the MOS smartbook. It will have the requirements for the MOS. Have you got certain MOS's in mind? That would be your first thought. Good luck

I did a search of the old DA Pam 611-21. The MOSs might be re-designated.
The following allow a 3 in the eyes section of the profile:
46Z—Public Affairs Chief,
63E—M1 ABRAMS Tank System Mechanic
63G—Fuel and Electrical Systems Repairer
63Z—Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
76J—Medical Supply Specialist (that's 68J now)
88U—Railway Operations Crewmember (Reserve
Components) (good luck finding that one)
88X—Railway Senior Sergeant (Reserve Components)
92Z—Senior Noncommissioned Logistician,

This is a ten level task

The medical board is good advice.

You may also want to look at the Army Wounded Warrior Program if you're not getting the very bext service or treatment.

It's YOUR career! Take control of it before someone else does.
