First I'd like to thank you guys for answering our questions. I am within my re-enlistment window, I wanted to re-up for an ASI and station of choice, is that possible?

Since that would be two options (Option 3 and Options 4/5) the answer would be "no".
You can pick and ASI and request up to 4 locations for follow-on assignments; the assignment will not be guaranteed.
