I'm trying to relcass and im running to a lot of brick walls. I would like someone to give me information on the following:
-In/Out calls. Last I heard that the MOS 63B was over strength and that 15W was over strength by 130%. Is that True?
-IS there anything I can do to be proactive?
This is a VOLUNTARY RECLASS so i know i face a few restrictions. I'm dedicated to reclassing cause im willing to recoup my SRB. I also put in a 4187 to drop my (P) status.
This states that the 15W was definitely needing people. My Retention NCO keeps telling me that 15W is over strength. What am i not getting? Why do i feel like I'm getting shuffled around while he drags his feet?
I started this 22 March 2009. This letter was 2 days old!! Can anybody help cause i feel like I'm not being helped.
DAGNABBIT!!
After a bit more searching of the forums i found this: http://community.armystudyguid...581093521/m/57610419 15W is on here also and he told me its was over strength ONE THE SAME DAMN DAY THIS LETTER CAME OUT! Now I'm mad!!

Your running into brick walls to huh. I feel your pain as of 24 April 2009 I got stuck in my MOS because of the new policy that came out http://community.armystudyguid...581093521/m/62310369 now I have to hope and pray that they will change this when we get into the new fiscal year or I'm stuck in a dead end job with zero promotion potential unless your Super soldier that can max out everything leaving only room for a 2 point margin of error. All I wanted to do was go back to combat arms. I hope you have better luck then me.
In/Out calls also depend on RANK. They could be way over on E1-E4 and under for a different rank (or vice versa..)
Plus they figure them weird: they were reclassing people out of 25Q and 25S while still enlisting people like crazy INTO those MOS. Then a little while later allowing people to reclass INTO them..
