Alright, well im getting ready to redeploy in a couple of weeks. So, I am just interested to hear the stories, good or bad, that soldiers went thru while deployed.

As for me, this was my first deployment. It wasn't as bad as some people made it out to be. I have to say that with this first deployment of mine, I learned alot about myself and my fellow soldiers. I will always remember the late missions with vehicles needed to be fixed before being back out on the road. The blackhawk trips. The scared shitless feeling i first had when i went out the wire, that was priceless.
