here's the deal on this,my wife and i are both int the same unit have been together since mob station(thats where we got together),wehave been through everything together,OIF 1,UNITS,NCOES,and on and on,now she is being invoulntary transfered and i want to go( there isn't any husband or man for that matter,that would feel differently)problem is one (insert any descriptive term here) that doesn't like me and doesn't want me to take the spot of someone else in that unit,i need regs,info or someone to send me in the right direction,i know the soldier will trade me ,but the problem is a da civilian making the call,i need ammo,please fellow soldiers help me

There are alot of provisions and exceptions, and you know your situation better than anybody, but this one part stuck out to me:

(5) Enrollment guarantees JD assignment consideration; however, it does not guarantee that the couple will be
assigned together at the same location and/or at the same time.
