i'm curious what the army does if you're a little under weight when you get to bct? i know in the marines they give you double rations (double-rat recruit). does the army do this? just curious.

i've never heard of double rats...i don't think they'll mind yo bein a little under...it's way better than being over...rest assured that you will put on some weight when you go to bct

Shouldnt be a problem, I don't even think the Army does double-rats (correct me if i'm wrong) but I have never seen or heard of it. Like jgarner said, you will put on weight and mass at BCT as long as your eating normally which wont be a problem either because believe it or not you will be provided some pretty good food. Good luck with training.
