Oh sorry, i only said the f word because it was a direct quote. Dont you curse in army cadences? I know we say the f word lots of times while marching.

Anyways ive been jogging/running 5 miles 5 times a week, and doing pushup and crunch pyramids every day. I only eat salad and lean meat and i drink a gallon of cold water every day, and thats all i drink.

Every couple weeks i let myself eat a hamburger or something for a change, but then my ds makes me do extra pt for it and degrades me to build up my character. Im glad ive had him to help me. I dont know if i wouldve lost 20 pounds without him.

I heard the US is pulling out of iraq in spring Frowner I hope not. I want my chance at those ragheads. . .

Lets see how can I put it. Dont volunteer for every damn thing LOL thats what will get you caught up. If no one steps up at the time go ahead and volunteer. If the drill has you do something jacked up then dont volunteer again LOL

Whats the difference between a SGT and SGT(P)? Nothing until you sew on your rocker

But people are saying nowadays that Drill Sergeants like that leadership.

I know that you shouldnt be a showoff, but when the Drill Sergeant asks a question or needs volunteers, should you volunteer? Or should you be a ghost?
