What does this mean, every time I sign into the AKO site?! HELP please!

You need to get with your S6 to get your card initially set up. My company uses a 94E to do it, but regardless it needs to be done or you will keep having to reset it. Once done, you shouldn't have to reset but every six months.

I don't think he has actually even gone to BCT yet.
