My son had 2 seizures while in reception phase at Fort Jackson. They requested that I get them a letter from his primary doctor, but I don't have an address to send it to. Can someone help me out. Thanx

but one of the numbers listed (page 6) is
803-751-5518.
(Page 5 explains the area code and has other numbers.)
