I ship to basic on Tuesday. Can anyone tell me if we have to cary our bag onto the plane or can we check it?

Ok. It's been a long time since I went through basic but since when do you bring luggage? When I went through you went there with the clothes on your back because everything else you needed was provided to you. I take it this has changed now?

You want some good advice... Listen to MP Casper, take as little as possible. If you need a bag for personal papers or something try and make it small.. Just saying though...

You should not check your bag! Carry it with you. All you should need is a small bookbag with a change of clothes and your paperwork. When you get there, youll be all over the place getting issued stuff and youll have that bag with you the whole time. It will be a pain to carry around a bunch of unnecessary stuff. When you leave reception to go to your company, if you have too much stuff, you'll have to throw stuff away. If your bringing shampoo and stuff like that, make sure it's in it original containers or you'll have to throw it away when you get there.
