I'm going on a limb and guessing you're in Division. When I was there, all new soldiers to division would go to DIRT training after they arrived to their units, but before they deployed. I thought there were 2 different versions, one for enlisted and another for NCO's. BEst bet is to ask one of your seasoned coworkers.

DRT training is Deployment Readiness Training, usually. It primarily involves Ranges, convoy exercises, first aid, react to direct/indirect fire, IED training, Checkpoints and thats about all I can think of at the moment. We just finished ours in preparation for our upcoming deployment with Division.
